Words to live by: Thursday Motivation

Alarm went off this morning at 4:45 AM. I think I hit snooze 5 times…I did not want to get out of bed. But, thankfully I had a standing appointment with my trainer at the gym, so I had to. And as I’m working to Get Fit for MAP, I got my butt out of bed with this in mind:

I may have been cursing the strength training circuit I had to do, but afterward…I felt great. Always remember – don’t let the day-to-day business get in your way. Whatever your goals, whatever your dreams – big or small – get out there and make them happen.
